Missouri HB 3108 Missouri  ●  2026 Bills

Cottage Food Bill

This bill has not yet passed

Would greatly expand Missouri’s cottage food law by allowing producers to sell non-perishable foods and dairy products from home, at farmers markets, events, and retail stores, as well as online or through a third-party vendor.

Would allow small poultry producers (up to 1,000 birds) to sell products from the poultry they raise, as long as it’s not sold wholesale at a location that sells other perishable products.
