Cottage Food Bill

This bill has been passed and will become a law, but it has not yet gone into effect (you can't use it yet)

Will allow producers to sell one type of perishable food product at a time, if certain requirements are met.

Will remove the $10,000/product sales limit and replace it with a $150,000 annual sales limit.

Will require annual registration with the health department.

Will remove the home address label requirement and replace it with other label requirements.
