Cottage Food Bill

This bill has not yet passed

Would be a massive improvement to their cottage food law.

Would allow certain indirect sales through stores, restaurants, and at farmers markets and farm stands.

Would increase the sales limit to $100,000 per year.

Would allow certain perishable baked goods (e.g. cheesecake).

Would remove the home address requirement.

Would allow nonprofits to use the cottage food law.

Would require the government to fire an employee that knowingly requires someone to get a permit.
