Allows indirect sales of products at retail stores and restaurants.

Allows all nonperishable foods and drinks.

Allows interstate sales.

Removes the requirement to get a cottage food license, get a kitchen inspection, and take a food safety course.

Allows a producer to avoid putting their home address on labels.

Amends labeling requirements.

Allows producers to use a home kitchen in a second home.
