Cottage Food Bill

This bill has been passed and will become a law, but it has not yet gone into effect (you can't use it yet)

Will allow direct sales of perishable foods (excluding dairy products and items containing meat) if a producer gets a permit and follows other requirements.

Technically this bill is in effect, but it can’t be used until the ag department creates rules to implement it.
