Hello,
I am researching and preparing to start up a CFO in Otter Lake, MI. The land my rented duplex is on is zoned for residential use, as I imagine most other home kitchens are. How are others dealing with zoning ordinances? I am wondering if they do the selling portion at venues not including their home. Getting a special use permit is an involved, multi-step process that I would like to get around if I can. Any information or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
