    Hi,
    I have 2 quick questions.

    1) If you decide to use a commercial kitchen, instead of getting your home kitchen licensed, do your product selling options increase or change? For example, could you then sell over the Internet…?

    2) Also, if you use a commercial kitchen – do they provide you with a copy of their license for inquiry purposes (like to show farmer’s markets or for whomever may need to see your licensing…?)

I appreciate your time and answers. Thank you.

If you get a standard commercial license, which requires the use of a commercial kitchen (only), then you can do just about anything possible… it’s just more complicated and more expensive, and less convenient if you’d rather cook in your home. But you could sell anywhere, including interstate and over the internet, and you would be given a license.
