    Hi.
    Does anyone know about this Assembly Bill A5836? I am new to cottage Food Laws. Is this new bill a positive or negative? I was a little confused by it. It looks like an amendment and includes a sales cap of $12k. Here is the link:

    If it passes it would be positive. It wouldn’t change anything about the existing law, but would give another avenue for people to sell with less red tape, and also a way to sell acidified and fermented foods.
