Selling In a Neighboring State

    I am based in Franklin County, Pennsylvania just 2 minutes from the Maryland state line. From where we are, we are actually closer to some of the major cities in Maryland than we are to those in PA.

    We hope to sell at Maryland farmers markets and events but I can’t find anything with more information on selling a product in different states. Everything would be prepared in Pennsylvania but it’s unclear if we would also need to follow the cottage food laws and licensing of the state where we are selling.

    Can anyone help on this?
