    Hello,
    I have a quick question about the HB410 bill from 2017. I noticed that this site says that the bill was never passed. However it seems that the bill was voted to pass and I just want to make sure since it is not listed as finalized but just voted on to be passed that the act of online sales for cottage law is still illegal.
