You will need to comply with:
- Ohio cannery law (OAC Chapter 901:3-3 Thermally Processed Low-Acid Foods Packaged in Hermetically Sealed Containers)
- FDA regulations
- 21 CFR §108 and §113 for low-acid canned foods
- 21 CFR §114 for acidified foods
Your baked beans are most likely a low-acid canned food, and thus, must be processed using a pressure process with specialized equipment. I did set up pressure apparatus for a small entrepreneur in Ohio over a decade ago, but this is an expensive proposition, and this person is no longer processing low-acid canned foods. I know of no shared use kitchen that allows processing of low-acid canned foods.
