I am confused about what is posted. I would like to start a business and was told about the cottage food law. Now I read that their is also the domestic kitchen law but that some are “extra”. So can I bake under the cottage law but not using the domestic kitchen one?
Provided that I will only sell the goods at a farmers’ market, all that because I have a cat and would like to know if I keep her in a different room, sanitize and bake, is it still following the law? or do I have to follow the domestic kitchen law? Thank you to let me know

I would love to resurrect this post as I have the same question.

I do not see any language in the TN Freedom Food Act (Cottage Law) that clarifies whether pets are allowed in the home. Clearly not in kitchen/work area, but otherwise? Thank you!
