Hi guys just moved to Davis and am looking to start selling cakes and baked goods at local markets and food festivals. I have access to a kitchen in my condo and am excited to get all of the legal requirements in order so I can jump in ASAP.
A few quick questions right off the bat;
Where is the best place to start the approval process and who do I contact to acquire the appropriate licenses?
Regarding hygiene, I have a cat living here with me, will that cause me problems moving forward?
Also, are vegan baked goods ok?Total CFO noob here so eager to learn more thanks people xo
