    I am having a difficult time finding if you can sell dehydrated foods. It would be considered a non-PHF, I believe. As it does not have to be refrigerated, but I can’t seem to find the answer. Thank you.

    Arizona’s law only allows baked goods and candy, but even if you dried produce in an oven, I don’t think they’d be allowed under the law. You probably need to use a commercial kitchen, but you should check with the health dept.
