I have a well with a water treatment, I do not anticipate failing a water analysis but who do I get an analysis from to attach to my registration? Can it be from my water treatment company?
Did you figure this out? I am just starting with the application and am in the same position. The nys.gov pages take you in circles on this one. Then, there are phone numbers to call where no one answers and emails that do not get quick responses. I did finally find a short list of state approved labs for private well testing. This lab will mail you a kit you can mail back. You will want to click the chat button and tell them what you need becaus a form that should be at the bottom of the page isn’t there.
