Melanie is correct. It is specified in the law under the CFO definition:
“Cottage food operation” means an operation conducted by a person who produces or packages food or drink… in a kitchen located in that person’s primary domestic residence or another appropriately designed and equipped kitchen on a farm for direct sale by the owner, a family…

I understand that as a cottage baker I can only bake in MY home kitchen, but does that also mean that I CANNOT bake out of a commercial kitchen with the cottage food certificate and sell my products directly to my customers.

The IDPH guide states that…

Can South Carolina sell bake goods online? Can we ship across state lines? I was told we can but when we do we have to file something like deduction tax exemption.

Try using a Phonemo its a small little portable printer and you download the app Print Master on your phone and it have a lot of different labels you can print using your ingredients, good thing your not wasting your printer paper or ink. It’s also Bluetooth and they sell them on TEMU app try it out
