I read the information about selling online in Louisiana, but it wasn’t too simple. This is what I understand, I can sell cakes online (only of someone picks it up). I have to label that it was not produced in a commercial establishment. I can not make more than $20,000 a year.

LA’s law is one of the most ambiguous, but yes that all sounds about right. It’s not really clear whether you can also deliver certain items, from what I’ve read.
