    Hi there, I am planning on selling my all-natural/organic secret recipe hummus locally on a small scale in the Spring Hill and surrounding areas, direct sale/pickup only. I do not currently have a commercial kitchen. The product requires refrigeration and is high protein. It would be pre-sold (orders fulfilled) and delivered to the buyers with hours of production. I read through the list, but am still uncertain; Can I produce it from my home kitchen?
    Also do I need a business license, what other licenses might I need if any? Thanks in advance
