Hi, I am not sure if I am posting at the right place but I can’t seem to find a way to start a new thread. I have got a question about labeling for products at farmers markets. I have just got the CFO permit. So far I have just sold at casual neighborhood events and I never had to package and label. I would like to start selling at one of the farmer’s markets in Fresno. Is there a way one can sell at a market without having to package and label? I saw a baking stand which, I am pretty sure, is a CFO and they were mostly selling unpackaged goods. Packaging and labeling is so much extra work and it doesn’t really work well with some of the cakes I make. I wonder if there is any way around it of if anybody has some advice for me.
