Home made White bread, Whole Wheat and Sprouted Grain loaves made with fresh, home ground wheat for the freshest, most wholesome ingredients.  Never any chemical preservatives, no “mixes” or short cuts.

100% Organic Whole Wheat, milled fresh the day of baking, gives each whole wheat loaf more nutrition than any bread available in the retail grocery store, health food store or maybe even the whole food store.  No corn, soy or GMO ingredients.  In addition to milling fresh Organic Whole Hard White Winter Wheat, I use only 100% Virgin, Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, and local raw Honey.

My Sprouted Grain loaves are higher in fiber and protein than commercial bread with a flavor and texture that says “OMGoodness!” all the way to the last slice.

By sprouting the grains, releasing the growth energy, activating the natural process of sprouting, this significantly increases the naturally occurring vitamins A, B6, B12, C and E.  Natures’ true way of making this “Staff of Life” food ENRICHED.

I bake almost every day and if you call me before noon to order your bread I can have it ready for you by supper time.  If you are in the local area (Greenville to Commerce to Sulphur Springs, Texas) I can deliver or you are welcome to come to the farm to pick up, either way, I look forward to baking the fresh, home made, healthy goodness for your family table.
