I would love to resurrect this post as I have the same question.
I do not see any language in the TN Freedom Food Act (Cottage Law) that clarifies whether pets are allowed in the home. Clearly not in kitchen/work area, but otherwise? Thank you!

Texas allows online sales but does not allow shipping, so Etsy wouldn’t be a good fit. You might explore wholesale options to expand your sales, but it does take a lot of reaching out to business owners and networking.
