Thanks Wendy. I believe the most recent amendment won’t go into effect until August 4th. Where did you see the restriction for LLCs?

Sarah, this would probably be fine as long as you are producing the food yourself and selling the items yourself. The “retail store” prohibition is referring to indirect sales being disallowed. NJ doesn’t have any cottage food rules, exemptions, etc. Since the doughnuts will be made in a commercial kitchen, this should be possible, but I’m not sure of the specific rules. Yes, that should be allowed as long as you are personally selling the items at the concession stand.
