You will need to contact the ag dept to learn about everything you can and cannot do, but generally, you should be able to ship within the state of Ohio (no interstate sales).

It depends, but I think in most cases, it’s a good idea. Or put the prices on your website and link to that from Facebook. It’s not always possible to have fixed prices on certain items, but if you have specific rates, you might as well be transparent about that. You don’t need any permit from the ag dept to sell kettle corn in-person or to grocery stores and restaurants, but there may be local requirements, like a business license. Also, you probably can’t sell anywhere, since zoning laws restrict where business activities can take place. http://forrager.com/faq/#starting

I left some more info in my response to your comment on the law page, but basically, the relationships you establish with customers are everything. My suggestion would be to wait until this is actually a problem before worrying about it.
