Ive been making gelati type desserts for friends and family at get togethers. I have thought about adding them to my menu. They are made much like gummy bears but with added fruit within the gelatin. As Davide mentioned: Definitely nothing with garlic in oil unless properly acidified, due to the risk of botulism.
THIS and https://extension.psu.edu/how-to-safely-make-infused-oils have instructions for the acidification, but you should check your own state’s requirements, just in case.

In most states, that would not be allowed since cut potatoes are perishable foods, whether raw or cooked.

hi, I am I Utah. I would like to make Chai Tea and sell to local coffee houses etc. Is this allowed? I know there are two routes in Utah, looks like it may be allowed under the Food Freedom Law, but then it would not be legal to sell wholesale. Hum? Should I call the Cottage Food coordinator and ask? Thanks!

im i N.M. im dehydrating my own spices and making my own rubs and mixes, it that allowed in NM no clue how to start out and whats required to sell at farmers market.

You’re correct. This would be allowed to sell directly to people under the food freedom law, but it won’t be allowed to sell it to coffee houses. I suggest starting to sell under the food freedom law, and then moving to a commercial kitchen when you’re ready to grow.
