I’m writing a vendor handbook for our farmers’ market. Is there a way for someone with a Home Baker’s License to sell their cheesecakes at a farmers market if they take the proper steps to keep refrigeration requirements during travel and display?

No, these items are not allowed. There are only a few states that allow extracts.

Debbie, Ohio is usually pretty flexible with what they allow, but it doesn’t look like they currently allow mustard through their cottage food law. Sorry!
