You don’t need any permit from the ag dept to sell kettle corn in-person or to grocery stores and restaurants, but there may be local requirements, like a business license. I don’t have specific recommendations, but I would suggest finding bakeries in your area that sell GF foods, and see what suppliers they use.

Kristin, my assumption is that bone broth would not be allowed, but you should check with the ag dept.
