Are homemade cookies allowed in Fairfax County. We will be selling them along with handmade gifts — in my home driveway — similar to a garage sale setting. This would be an occasional event, and no items will be sold online or in a store. Thank you.

Am I allowed to sell home made rum cake at farmers market or flee market in NY.
It has rum inside the cake and added to the cake after baking it which was cooked.

I am new to this sight and only a thought at this point but very interested.
