Last week, I hit a milestone on the podcast. I have now had over 100 guests on the show!

Which is a bit crazy for me to think about.

When I started the podcast over 3 years ago (back before the pandemic, if you remember those days!), I certainly hoped to reach this point, but of course, you never really know.

I am not only grateful for the many people that have dedicated time to come on the show, but also for everyone who dedicates time to listen to each episode.

Anyway, it has me looking ahead to an even bigger milestone that will happen this year: Episode #100.

I'd like to do something special for it, but I'm not exactly sure what to do!

So I need your help.

Did you know that I never decided to start this podcast? This community decided for me.

And it will be the same with Episode #100. You (along with the others in this community) will decide what I do for it.

But first, I need some ideas!

What do you want to hear on #100?
Which guest (or guests) should I interview?
Or should I do something entirely different?

I'm all ears to any and all ideas you can come up with!

Ultimately I will boil the suggestions down to a few ideas and let you vote on which one you like the best!
