That should be fine as long as you’re not doing any production in/on the trailer (at which point it would be considered a food truck).

At our local farmers market, we have permission to use a small trailor, moved by hand to sell from. Would there be any problem with this? At 71 yrs. of age, set-up and tear down is getting more difficult, I captured an image of something of what we would like (not our trailer)

It’s not entirely clear. Ohio specifies on their site that they allow: “chocolate covered pretzels or similar chocolate covered non-perishable items”. An unpunctured and uncut apple is nonperishable, but is it “similar” to a pretzel? They also specify that if something is not explicitly allowed, then it is disallowed. Hi Meghan! What will you be using the website for? (taking orders, newsletter, inventory tracking are just some examples)
I had hoped to use it for taking orders, showing a carousel of images, and a basic CRM. I did an AI deep dive last night and it looks like Square Online was the best fit, but when I tried to follow the video directions for setting up the website, it looks like Square has stopped using Weebly for site creation, so it is super less appealing…[Read more]
