What limits producers who use this law? If there are other limits not covered in this list, please explain in the Limitation Notes below.

Children restricted = young children cannot be in the kitchen while preparing food
Commercial equipment prohibited = producers cannot use equipment designed for commercial kitchens
Commercial kitchen prohibited = producers cannot use a commercial kitchen to prepare food
Direct sales only = sales must be in-person, face-to-face
Employees prohibited = no employees are allowed
Employees restricted = a limited number of employees are allowed
Farmers only = only those who produce the ingredients for their products can use the law
Home consumption = products must only be consumed in a home
Intercounty sales restricted = products may not be able to be sold in another county in the same state
Interstate sales prohibited = products may not be sold in other states
LLC prohibited = producer must operate as a sole-proprietorship or partnership
No domestic activity = household activities (personal cooking, laundry, etc) must not occur in the food prep area while preparing food
Pets prohibited = pets can never be inside the home
Pets restricted = pets cannot be in the kitchen while preparing food
Primary residence = producers can only use their primary home to prepare food
Sales limit = sales are limited -- please specify in Sales Limitations below
Same day preparation = products must be produced and sold on the same day
Sampling prohibited = producers cannot give out samples of their product
Smoking prohibited = smoking can never occur inside the home
Smoking restricted = smoking cannot occur in the kitchen while preparing food
