Can South Carolina sell bake goods online? Can we ship across state lines? I was told we can but when we do we have to file something like deduction tax exemption.

Try using a Phonemo its a small little portable printer and you download the app Print Master on your phone and it have a lot of different labels you can print using your ingredients, good thing your not wasting your printer paper or ink. It’s also Bluetooth and they sell them on TEMU app try it out

CFO as an LLC in California
Hello folks, my husband and I started a CFO (Class A) in Alameda County in California in 2023. We had formed an LLC and applied for the LLC to be a CFO.

Hi Paige, sorry for the late reply!
1. They should be allowed. I don’t think it matters whether vegetables come from land or sea.
2. Depends on the county, but if it was rejected, I would escalate it up to CDPH, and they should be able to tell your county that your products are approved.

I’m a “newby” in Forrager! Very excited too! I make gluten free items specifically due to my own diet restrictions. I make a lot of Fudge and I use various size tins lined with wax paper or foil.
