Your map for adding a CFO doesn’t show up for me and when I type in a location it has a little circle that spins. Also for ‘Region’ there are no other options.

I’m a little confused. From my understanding you cany use any dairy or cream ingredients, however the sample label they use for cookies clearly has cream and milkfat in the ingredients. I’m having Vanessa’s problem. On the Add CFO page, when I put “Pullman, WA” in the location box, I just get the spinning ball. In the region box, it just keeps showing “-select-“.
I’m looking forward to seeing my bakery on the map.-

I don’t see anything in the Illinois Cottage Food Law relating hand washing and packaging.
The hand washing is for food sampling which is a separate issue from packaging. The sampling rules mention
“pre-packaged” food items that will be used for sampling, but again, that is a separate issue from what I am asking about. - Load More
