I highly doubt it, but I suppose that if the baker was a licensed TN domestic kitchen, then the ag dept for the county of the Indiana farmers market might allow those indirect sales.

What I’ve heard is that it’s okay to ship within the state of Ohio. However, in Indiana, orders need to be fulfilled in-person.

You wouldn’t be able to use Etsy, unless the buyer on Etsy came to your farm stand to pick up their purchase.

You should be able to sell a dry mix like that at a farmers market, and you even might be able to sell/sample the prepared pancakes/waffles, if the health dept deems those as an allowable food. I think getting noticed is hard for any new business. Something that I struggle with is talking up my product at every spare moment, with whomever I meet, and doing so in a way that comes off as authentic and not awkward. Have you found some of your marketing efforts to be successful?
