This bill was signed on 5/1/15 by Governor Hickenlooper. Here’s a link http://www.legispeak.com/bill/2015/sb15-085. The basics are gross sales from an eligible product went from $5000 to $20000 and it also says CFOs can sell to small businesses as well. I guess other changes could be made before Aug 5, 2015 when its supposed to go into effect.
