What is the best way to package scones to ensure the longest freshness without getting soft or too hard? In plastic? In a box similar to a donut box?

Do any of you, out there, know of any sources for pre-printed product labels that aren’t massively more expensive than just using your own laser printer and sheets of blank labels? It depends upon the laws for your state. For example, in Florida, you CAN sell the cupcakes online, but the customers cannot be outside of Florida and you may not ship the orders (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
