Selling peanuts in North Florida, south of Jacksonville.
From all that I can find out peanuts are exempt from most license requirements.
Except of course, bookkeeping. Track your sales, ect.

It depends on what state you live in. 18 states allow in-state shipping. Most of the people selling homemade food on Etsy are doing so illegally.

Bags would certainly be less expensive than bottles.

This site is so helpful! How do you cool your cakes? Do you just let them naturally cool and then crumb coat them…or put them in the fridge first and then crumb coat?
