    I have a question. If i mix up my cookie batter at home can i bake them fresh for the customer at the farmers market with my portable cookie machine.

      No, you must make, package, and label everything in your home kitchen. You can’t even have pieces of (cooked) cookie sitting on a plate for people to try… even your samples must be individually packaged in a sealed container in your home kitchen.
