    Hi. Im new to the cottage industry in Texas. I would like to know who to contact involving food freez-drying. I know this involves the use of meat, which most likely puts me into the commercial kitchen industry. But my quest is to find out if the end product is not temperature controlled, is it a cottage industry? Freeze-dry is a stable food for 25 years. A little help please.
