    Let me tell you what’s so great about the CFO business model. An “owner” can step away from it for say 2, 3 weeks to take care of some family nonsense (drama, really) and pick it up where she left off. Can’t say the same if I had a brick and mortar. ;-)

    Going to finalize my recipe for my pumpkin muffins just in time for the ‘holidays’. I feel like I have been finalizing recipes for three months, but it’s actually been a few weeks.     Just fidding around with this site and the website. Tried baking some cookies and the darn things just wouldn’t get crispy. I have collectively spent three solid weeks on every possible solution, hack and insight. Sometimes…you just have to face the limitations of your ingredients.     Working on a cookie recipe today incorporating stevia and…a secret ingredient that should add the bulk necessary when you take away ‘sugar’. Fingers crossed. Butter softening as we speak. Learned that the traditional creaming method is a myth! Yay for hacking the process!
