I hope you can answer a few questions. Can you sell from a stand on your property? I am in Nassau County, can’t seem to find anything about cottage food laws in my area.
I believe porch pick up is not allowed, but would that be the same as having a stand to sell items on a regular basis?

As a cottage baker, do you have to collect taxes on the items you sell?

im struggling because i live in a very small town out in the country so its hard to get noticed. im up for any ideas or suggestions
