I just checked out CFR 21 again, and although that is usually pretty confusing to me, it does look pretty clear that a blackberry jam needs a 47/55 ratio. Also, this seems correct to me… jams and jellies typically need more sugar than fruit.

I don’t think those are allowed under the cottage food law.

You can have a cottage food business, but you can’t deliver. People will need to pick the items up from your home.

You need to call the health dept to see if they allow dried produce under the cottage food law. That item isn’t listed in the law, so they probably don’t allow it.
