I hope you can answer a few questions. Can you sell from a stand on your property? I am in Nassau County, can’t seem to find anything about cottage food laws in my area.
I believe porch pick up is not allowed, but would that be the same as having a stand to sell items on a regular basis?

Hi.
Does anyone know about this Assembly Bill A5836? I am new to cottage Food Laws. Is this new bill a positive or negative? I was a little confused by it. It looks like an amendment and includes a sales cap of $12k. Here is the link: -
