This is an old post, but in case anyone else is wondering… it looks like Oregon requires you to have a domestic kitchen license (not a cottage industry license) to sell donuts. https://forrager.com/law/oregon-domestic-kitchen/ Check out ‘laws’ tab on this website to explore what is allowed under each type of license in Oregon. Depending on what kind of setup you are looking for. I have found Print Papa is really affordable for smaller quantity. I have also used Lighting Labels and if you put in a big order (10,000+ labels) it’ll be worth it.
I have also used Got Print but only order when there is a sale.
