I’m a middle-aged single mother of a teenager. My career background is in the medical field, my specialty is surgery. I’m a pretty out going person who has always had the mind of an entrepreneur but was never really sure what my niche was. Somehow I stumbled into the food specialty business. What started as just an experiment for myself as an alternative to dips for fruit, has morphed into a tasty confection of sorts that has a variety of uses and/or for substitutions. I’m very new to this whole experience but slowly I’m learning and hope to make a name for myself with my products within the next few years.
