Food trucks are kind of in a class of their own. In the case of a retail store, the shop owner has the proper licenses and insurance and they are allowed to sell your products themselves. That wouldn’t be allowed since SC only allows non-perishable foods. A baked potato needs to be refrigerated to keep it safe. To sell baked potatoes legally, you would need to find a commercial kitchen to use and get the proper licensing from the health dept.
