I am still fairly new to Louisiana and CFO’s and wanted to know in order to sell online or to more then one parish, do I have to have a local sales tax certificate for every parish or county? Am I able to sell online and ship to other states or do I need the same information for every state and parish or county?

Hey fellow entrepreneurs!
I’m curious about how you handled nutrition facts and labeling. I was able to understand the requirements of nutritional facts and listing the ingredients, but I am concerned about the accuracy of the nutrition facts. For one, it is very difficult to create perfectly equal sized energy bars and the only regulation is…[Read more]
