I am interested in starting a cottage food biz – selling the items from my home or delivering directly to the customers, not at events or farmers markets…could I sell homemade, frozen casseroles to individuals that are either delivered to them or picked up at my home (these casseroles would contain meat, vegetables or cheese)? If I deliver to them, these casseroles would be in an iced cooler until they are delivered. Thanks for your help.
