What is the best way to package scones to ensure the longest freshness without getting soft or too hard? In plastic? In a box similar to a donut box?

I’m considering baking bread for subscription sale and some of the shares would be delivered by a CSA (ie. I would not be the one delivering them). Under the 2018 revisions it seems like that would be fine (it’s still a direct delivery and not at a store or restaurant) but would love some feedback. Thanks!

Do any of you, out there, know of any sources for pre-printed product labels that aren’t massively more expensive than just using your own laser printer and sheets of blank labels? I was wondering how does one find small, local cottage food vendors for public events? All the professional bakers I know are the bake shop variety. I am organizing a public event in Bethesda and would really like a woman baker or jam/jellies maker to attend it. I just do not know how to find and approach one. Please help.
