Labeling for cupcakes : can I have one place card in front of the items or does everything need to be individually labeled? Also – can I put “ Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix “ as the ingredients? Or does it all need to be copy and pasted from box?

Yes they are allowed. And you would copy the entire ingredient list from the Skittles bag.

I have two questions. I couldn’t find anything about freeze drying. Are freeze dried foods permitted under cottage law?
