I’ve been selling spices and tea from home for 6+ years. Recently I was asked to supply a gift shop with tea. If I package my tea in an inspected kitchen, could I do this? Or am I not allowed because I already sell from home?

Food trucks are kind of in a class of their own. In the case of a retail store, the shop owner has the proper licenses and insurance and they are allowed to sell your products themselves.
