I’ve been selling spices and tea from home for 6+ years. Recently I was asked to supply a gift shop with tea. If I package my tea in an inspected kitchen, could I do this? Or am I not allowed because I already sell from home?

Food trucks are kind of in a class of their own. In the case of a retail store, the shop owner has the proper licenses and insurance and they are allowed to sell your products themselves. New to group I’m in South Carolina Aiken to be exact. And I’m wanting to start selling gourmet baked potatoes that I will be filling with a variety of items hot… I’m kinda confused about what I can or if I can do

That wouldn’t be allowed since SC only allows non-perishable foods. A baked potato needs to be refrigerated to keep it safe. To sell baked potatoes legally, you would need to find a commercial kitchen to use and get the proper licensing from the health dept.
